The SALJOL swivel shower stool lets you wash comfortably while seated when standing for longer is tiring or you need more support in the shower.
Its distinctive feature is the ability to turn 360° on the spot. Specially arranged castors let you turn towards the tap or reach toiletries without standing or twisting awkwardly. Control the movement with your feet on the floor.
The body-heat-reflecting seat feels pleasant to sit on, while an adjustable hygiene opening makes intimate washing easier while seated. If a loved one helps you wash, swivelling makes your back easier to reach. The lightweight stool can also be used by the washbasin for daily routines that are more comfortable seated.

The lightweight SALJOL stool is easy to move from the shower to the washbasin or out of the way for another family member. A corrosion-resistant aluminium frame and water-resistant materials suit everyday use in damp environments.

The seat is made from EPP – expanded polypropylene – which reflects body heat, avoiding an unpleasant cold surface when you sit down. The material does not absorb water, and the adjustable gap between seat sections makes intimate hygiene easier while seated.

The SALJOL shower stool is intended for people who find prolonged standing difficult, lack stability or need help washing after surgery.
Sit upright with your feet on the floor and turn slowly, controlling movement with your legs. Place the stool on a level, firm, non-slip surface so that all five castors touch the floor.
This model is not suitable for severe balance difficulties or inability to sit steadily. A doctor or physiotherapist can help assess suitability.

The seat sections adjust without tools to one of three positions.
Clean the stool with warm water, a sponge and a mild cleaner. Rinse off toiletries after use and dry. The seat sections are dishwasher-safe up to 85°C. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, steam or pressure-washing equipment.

The castors are arranged so the stool turns on the spot rather than travelling forwards or backwards. Their rubber surface helps reduce slipping. Use the stool on a level, non-slip surface with all five castors touching the floor. Rinse off soap and shampoo residue after washing.

The stool itself needs a 52 cm diameter turning space. Additional room is needed for your legs and comfortable sitting and standing, so assess the available shower space before buying.

The standard DH50 seat height is 50 cm. A separately sold adapter set increases the height and changes the seat angle. When choosing, make sure you can keep your feet firmly on the floor while seated.

Yes, a backrest is available separately for this model. It offers additional support while seated, but if you have severe balance difficulties or cannot sit steadily, discuss suitability with a doctor or physiotherapist.
